If you are having probs setting up your Epson Printer, i.e. unable to install or appears to install but when trying to print anything it just continually spools blank paper, what you need to do is install the "foomatic-db-gutenprint" package via Synaptic Package Manager, then re-install your Printer. All missing Drivers are now present, select the Driver it recommends for your Model

Installed hp c4400 printer,everytime I start my computer I must have the printer disk so it can configure why? Printer works great. But I never had a printer install that needed to configure every time the computer is started, quite annoying.
