How can i set this strange "house" key and make him fro example show Application menu (just like start key in windows)?

System>Preferences>Keyboard Shortcuts

Click on 'Show Panel Menu' or something like this, then press the 'home' key

I don't have my eee with me right now, so the actual names could differentiate somewhat :)
