eeePC model: 1000HA
Aurora version: Standard 3.0
I am using a newly purchased Eeepc 1005HA which came preloaded with WinXP. Attempted to load Ubuntu 9.01, and ended up with Install Ubuntu on my C: drive. I used unebootin to put an ISO image onto the C: drive, now I can't quite remove it!
My biggest issue with Ubuntu is that it won't pick up internet, wifi or ethernet. Downloaded drivers aren't hacking it. XP meanwhile, works great.
I want to wipe it all off my computer and restart it all with Eeebuntu Base 3.0, which I assume has all the drivers needed to at least get me online.

So.... any advice?
Thanks!!
Bizarre. I installed Ubuntu 9.10 on my brother's 1005ha and had no issues with it at all.
Anyway, to get Eeebuntu 3.0 to work on the 1005ha you'll have to do some work on it. Start here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3866
