eeePC model: 1005HA
Aurora version: Standard 3.0
Hey,
So this is my first time ever messing with anything linux and I'm having a small problem installing it on my 1005HA. I made the bootable USB drive and I'm trying to fully install the standard version. The 1005HA comes preformatted into two 72 gig partitions (one with XP on it and the other empty). I want to install EeeBuntu on the empty one but I can't figure out how to work the partitioning program. I selected advanced because I want to keep my XP installation.
Now it shows me /dev/sda1 (my XP partition), /dev/sda2 (my empty partition, currently NTFS), sda3 (some 5 gig fat32 partition - no idea what it is) and sda4 (50MB, unknown filesystem).
How do I get the linux installation onto the empty 72gig partition?
Thanks and sorry if this is an absurdly simple question.

In the install process, you will tell it to format /dev/sda2 as ext4 and mount point of / I think Edit Partition is the button you would click on.
