that will work ok for the installation of the adam's kernel. If someone knows how to contact Adam and tell him to correct the link in the web page, i think that could be apreciated by others who will try to install adam's kernel too.

I have passed on your post to Adam. Thanks for the heads up, what error messages did you get during your attempted install?

A lot of errors, but pratically that there is a duplicate install for linux-image...deb and wrong references, so that linux-ubuntu-modules....deb won't install...
I don't have the exact text because i can't save it, and also is in italian so i try to translate to you the info made by the deb installer (dpkg).

No need to worry. we are currently working closely with adamm due to the imminant rel of ibex beta and looking at having the custom kernel installed by default.
We have contact him to ensure that he is aware of this issue and should update the site asap.

10-4.. thanks for the note about the eeepc4 vs eeepc5. However, installing 4 first will not cause any problems, the correct latest version (eeepc5) will be pushed down in the latter half of setup901.html, when linking to the repository itself.

Hope could help also if i have poor infos.
This sounds alot like you might be installing one deb after the other, manually, using the synaptic installer or something.
Technically, each package depends on the other (which isn't exactly a good way to do things, but it was the only way I could solve an earlier problem).
You MUST open a terminal and install the two packages simultaneously
