The audio is lousy on this so I may redo it -- was just experimenting:

The idea is to use extensions to get a usable "full screen" mode.

Features: Clean full screen, tree menu, tree bookmark toolbar, middle click gestures, collapsing search bar,

Add ons:
Autosize, Personal Menu, Search Bar Resizer, Easy Gestures, along with "standards" like flash block and ad block.

Yeah apparently screen toaster has some lag. I know I need to rerecord it -- the audio is horrible. But at least it shows the setup and the add ons used to get it.
