It was working for me on first boot. Next time, before you boot it, make sure its enabled in the bios. Sometimes it gets disabled

You could also try using Fn+F2 to enable it

Hello all,

I tried yesterday to install the EB4 beta1 again. And Yes in the bios the WLAN was disabled.
But if I switch it to enable nothing changed in the EB4.
Ok of courde I am running it over an USB stick.
Is that might be an issue ?

Thanks

Hi :)

I had the same problem, running it from an USB stick. The BIOS trick worked, but gave my a seriously crappy performance on the WLAN. I figured, what the hey, and installed anywas. And after fiddling a bit with the updates, it works great...

I can only say that once installed, suffer the inconvenience of stuffing in a cable for the updates, and then reboot for fully functional wireless... Or well... Fully functioning to the extent, that you do not have any issues with wireless still not working after resuming from standby :/

As of yet, I have not found any tips or tricks to get it working...

I can't seem to get wifi to work on my 1001P :(

I've updated everything, no luck.
