I upgraded my eeepc by typing apt-get upgrade into the therminal. But while upgrading it closed down because the battery ran low. Now after reboot, I can't see the network sign, so I can't upgrade again to make sure everything is fine. Also wired the network won't connect...

What do I have to do?
I hope I don't have to install all over again...

you can check your wired network configuration with
Quote:
sudo ifconfig eth0

If you have no ip and you want to get an automatic ip from your router, you can just type
Quote:
sudo dhclient eth0

configuring wireless network manually is quite boring but with wired network it's really easy ; you are all powerfull with ifconfig command ;-)

Good luck
