Hi,

My firefox browser has been my bugbear for a while. So a few months ago I tried the Epiphany browser (gecko) and I love it. So fast compared to firefox.

Now I want to unistall firefox, but I get a warning from synaptec about also needing to remove firefox-3.0-branding and firefox-3.0-gnome-support.

Is it safe to do this, i.e. it won't break my Gnome desktop will it?
Also does Epiphany have any dependency on FIrefox behind the scenes?

Aurora version: Base 3.0
Those are support files for firefox, including the firefox logo (branding) and gnome integration bits (hotkeys). There's no problems removing them. As far as I can tell, Epiphany does not depend in any way on FF.
