Is there a way to have a temperature sensor bar or something like the one that was in eeebuntu 2.0 standard? How can I be sure my fans are working?
There was a temperature bar in 2.0 ?? Like as an applet on the top panel ?? How'd I miss that ?? Normally, eeepc-tray tells you the temp and fan speed when you mouse hover over the icon, but that was causing crashes for some people and will be put back in when the bug is fixed.
How can you tell if the fans are working ?? Well, try putting your cheek to the side where the fan exhaust is. That's as far as I know about that.
