eeePC model: 900
Aurora version: Standard 3.0
Last year, I think it was after an Eeebuntu update, my PC900 stopped booting right through, and it would stop at the American Megatrends bios screen and ask me to hit F1 to continue. I never got around to fixing this, but now I'm giving my machine to someone else, and feel I should get it working properly for her.
I'm no expert, especially with Linux, and would like some advice on this. Is this something reinstalling with the latest bios might fix? Or is it likely to be a glitch in the Linux boot system? If it's the bios, I guess I can go to the Asus site and get/install the new bios. But if it's beyond the bios and into the Linux system, I wouldn't have a clue how to fix it and would appreciate some help.
