I just did a fresh install of 3.0 basic (i had 2.0 in the past without this problem). I have my wireless set up with wpa/wpa2 encryption. i've checked my pass phrase several times and it's correct but i can't connect. the little double green light circle thing (i think that's the technical term) just spins and never lights up the second light. i can't run updated because i can't get online. anyone else have this problem?

I have an eeepc 901 and installed eeebuntu standard 3.0 today. I have the same problem , it won't connect to a WPA/WPA2 network. It works for unprotected network.
I will give it 1 more day .
