I would like to set localisation settings like I have been using here in Finland. The most important is DATE. now it is 30/01/2008 10:40 PM, I would like it to be 30.01.2008 10:40.
We are not using AM/PM but 24hour clock. and the date dd.mm.yyyy or dd.mm.yy.

How to make this ?

You want this date to appear in the clock up on the right in the menu bar?
