I forgot the exact http:// address of the new aurora site so I googled it with the words "aurora linux" and I found that there is already another AuroraLinux distro (based on Fedora)!!

Despite the new auroraOS name is diferent from auroralinux, both start with aurora and are based on linux... we may need to develop a "seed" strategy for the search engines to put this site on top when displaying search results

that aurora hasnt been updated in months, it might be a dead project, it doesnt matter, thats like the third other distro ive seen with that name, but none have lasted, lets hope we are more prosperous than the others

yea we checked out "aurora sparc linux" its officially dead and the project has been merged into fedora core to support sparc machines

the other aurora project was a microkernel which never took off the ground on sourceforge

we checked it all out prior to the decision working on getting some better aurora rankings in google - will take afew months to move up thou
